Il DICI vanta ottimi risultati in termini di progetti finanziati a livello internazionale e nazionale grazie alla qualità dei suoi ricercatori e a una serie di azioni mirate a sostegno della progettualità.
In un contesto tanto competitivo quale quello europeo il DICI ha ottenuto nel biennio 2017-2018 un tasso di successo delle proposte presentate che supera il 50%. Il DICI è anche motore d’innovazione e fortemente legato al tessuto produttivo locale come testimoniano i numerosi progetti di ricerca e sviluppo finanziati dalla Regione Toscana.
